The position:

The Operations and Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance, system commissioning, and generally maintaining solar equipment by using testing equipment to evaluate system performance, then troubleshoot and resolve poor and/or non-performing issues on installed solar systems

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential solar systems
• Perform reactive maintenance on residential solar systems
• Troubleshoot previously installed systems
• Resolve any and all issues found during troubleshooting

Do you fit this description?:

• Residential Solar Installation experience

• Service Technician Experience

• Able to work independently and with teams

• Able to properly identify and troubleshoot previously installed solar systems
• Foundation in residential electrical as well as solar electrical systems

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge in Solar Installation and Maintenance

• Solar Technicians experience

• Ability to troubleshoot installed solar systems
• Experience with the Enphase system (preferred)
• Electrical Solar Knowledge
• Customer service skills
• Valid US Drivers License

Physical requirements:

• Work in extreme environments (i.e. hot sun, cold weather, hot attics, etc.)

• Ability to walk on a residential roof with safety equipment (harnesses and ropes provided)
• Ability to operate company vehicles

Hours/Shifts:

• Monday to Friday, first shift schedule

• Overtime Opportunities
