The Inside Sales Representative is a very important role in our business as it is the gatekeeper of all leads! If you crave a successful product to sell and have the interest to work in a highly productive, fun environment, we want to hear from you today.  We’re searching for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people. Compensation: • Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $52,000 • Commission/Bonus Structure • Rapid Growth Potential Responsibilities: Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Make outbound contact daily with companies and private individuals from various lead sources, and follow up on various lead generation campaigns including postcards, leads from external events, and generating interest for our exclusively listed properties and buyers • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts with the ability to adjust scripts, when necessary, in order to meet the needs of specific clients • Communicate effectively with peers, superiors, clients, and vendors in written and verbal form Qualifications: • 1+ years of Sales or Real Estate experience • 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience • Georgia Real Estate License (or willingness to acquire license upon hire) • College Degree preferred • Strong phone skills; ability to build rapport and convert leads over the phone • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Team and goal-oriented, with the willingness to learn and be coachable • Self-motivated, ambitious, and inspired to succeed • Ability to be proactive and dynamic to perform well under pressure • Be persistent and take initiative to work through challenging situations • Proficient in Google Docs and Excel About Company: We are in the business of building a real estate brokerage company that is built to last.
