Resource Analyst job in Chantilly at TekMasters

As a Resource Analyst, you will be responsible for the thorough forensic research of historical transactions and comparing with internal General Ledgers and customer's financial documentation to find differences in final balances in support of the mission!

• Utilizing Customer Financial and Procurement Systems and Cognos Query Studio on a daily basis as well as the MS Office Suite and several internal accounting systems that will be reviewed and explained upon arrival to the office.
• Coordinating the timing and completion of corrective actions to the customer's accounting lines, i.e. funds to be returned to the customer.
• Correcting customer records by identification of funding amounts via customer financial vouchers.
• Identifying amount of funding to be sent to external parties.
• Identifying ways to prevent financial anomaly occurrences in the future.
• Summarizing findings, anomalies, tasking, and overall financial analysis of high-priority accounts.

Must Have:

• MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances.
• Competency with MS Office Suite of products (Outlook, Excel, and Word).

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Customer Financial and Procurement Systems and Cognos Query Studio.
