About the RoleTHE POSITIONWe are seeking an HR Analyst to join the Generalist team supporting the Investment Platform. The HR Analyst will work with the Human Resource Relationship Managers (HRRMs), managers and employees to provide HR support and services across the platform. The HR Analyst will work across multiple HR areas including talent management and development, performance management, global mobility, on-boarding and assimilation, learning and development, employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, and compensation.



RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Analyst will have the following responsibilities: Human Resources and TalentWork with HRRMs, managers and employees to support various talent activities such as employee transitions, compensation analytics, drafting on-boarding and assimilation plans, parental leave coverage plans, development plans, etc.Work with HRRMs and managers on ad hoc data and analytical requests. Liaise with Data Management and Talent Analytics teams regarding data needs and requests.Act as resource to managers and employees for questions and ad hoc informationSupport the execution of performance management processesPartner with employees, managers and our Global Mobility function regarding global moves and all immigration needs including visa applications, expatriate packages, relocations and green card casesWelcome new joiners/interns, ensure connectivity, engagement and maximize onboarding successConduct employee trend analysis on areas of focus like diversity, employee departures, etc.Responsibility for a variety of additional projects and ad hoc analytical requests. Project management, data, process and efficiencyThe individual in this role is the source of our team's global and platform coordination as well as our partnership with Specialist teams across HR and finance. The Analyst will organize globally coordinated and platform-wide approaches to critical HR processes including the performance management and officership nominations processes, compensation studies, employee engagement follow up and coordinate the nomination processes for development programs among many others. He/she will ensure deadlines and deliverables are met and the team's collaboration tools and relevant information for these processes are organized, archived and easy to find across OneNote and Teams. Provide HR reporting and analysis for the HRRMs and managers. Analyzes talent data for trends and patterns with attention to DEI, recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Act as project manager and Analyst for strategic talent projects and initiativesGrowth and developmentResearch and stay current on important HR topics for the business, both on an as needed basis for clients and for their own skill development as an HR practitioner. For example, this could include reading books and articles and attending classes regarding best practices on how to deliver feedback, increase employee engagement, build influencing skills, diversity, equity and inclusion. and basics on the asset management industry.Over time, it is expected that the Analyst will assume an HR Advisor role with a Business Network and work directly with managers and employees to coach on employee development, talent issues and employee relationsThis team provides high touch HR business partnership for an important part of the business. This is a terrific opportunity to develop and hone deep human resources skills and learn about the investment management business within a global, supportive, close knit yet intense team. This position is based in Boston.



REQUIREMENTS

It is important that the ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, an effective communicator and intellectually curious. The ability to be resourceful and 'figure things out' with sound judgement, attention to detail and project management skills are critical. Desire to both work independently and as part of a high functioning global team. Discretion and comfort with confidential information is of utmost importance.

The base salary range for this position is:

USD 65,000 - 150,000This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process. Base salary is only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
