Job description

As a dynamic and fast-growing specialty pharmacy, we are dedicated to providing holistic, white-glove support to our customers, both internal and external. DirectRx is seeking a Director of Human Resources with a track record of driving positive change throughout an organization.

This role will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of HR professionals and optimizing the effectiveness of our people. This person will support and collaborate with senior leadership and various organizational team members for employee engagement, workforce development, recruitment, and other HR initiatives that support departmental goals.

The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of relevant experience in a Human Resources capacity, with an open and innovative mindset when it comes to policy and procedure. Having a customer-service mindset will be an essential key to success. It will be helpful if you consider yourself an authentic leader who can influence and advise with a passion for ‘the employee experience’.

• Graduate level degree (Masters or above) in Human Resources or similar
