Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator- 1st & 2nd shift
Location: New Bremen, OH
Shift Hours: 1st shift 5:00am-1:00pm (Monday - Friday) or 2nd shift 1:00pm-11:00pm (Monday - Thursday)
$1500 sign on bonus! As a Machine Operator you can expect to produce corrugated or chip packaging products for our customers in coherence with promoting the corporate vision, mission statement, and core values.
Day-to-Day Role:
  • Understand machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly assignments.
  • Bend, reach, stoop, squat and stand for 8 hours.
  • Have good hand - eye coordination.
  • Occasional lifting of 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds.
Core Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working on corrugated equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
