Maintenance Mechanic

Gus Perdikakis Associates Versailles, OH (Onsite) Full-Time
Opening for full time 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic  
Essential Functions:
  • Do pre-operational inspections on machinery daily
  • Perform preventative maintenance function on all equipment
  • Assist in repair malfunctions of the following equipment: Egg Grader; Egg conveyor system / washer / dryers
  • Record parts inventory
  • Maintain maintenance records
  • Set up machines with proper packaging and date codes
  • Create and maintain invoices for incoming/outgoing materials and products
  • Must be able to weld
  • Must be able to complete building and facility maintenance
  • Train staff as needed
Detection Equipment:
  • Scales
  • Loaders
  • Packers
  • Case belt and rollers
  • Must be able to complete building and facility maintenance
  • Maintain maintenance records
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Work both indoor and outdoor
  • Work in wet and dirty environments
  • Transport approximately 50 lbs.
  • Move throughout the facility using steps and ladders when needed
