Onboarding Assistant
Title: Onboarding Assistant
Location : Princeton, NJ
Job Responsibilities:
Able to handle confidential documents with discretion
Ability to work with various HR team members.
Team player ability to take up activities related to onboarding.
Maintain new hire paperwork and new hire files
Initiate and review background checks
Qualifications and associated Attributes:
1 -2 years of Administrative experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
College degree or some college ideal
Self-motivated and attention to detail
Professional/calm mannerism
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Can-do, problem-solving attitude
Proficiency with MS Office applications: Word and Excel
flexibility of overtime when needed
Ability to multitask
