Job Description

Administrative Assistant IINorthampton, MAServiceNets Mental Health Recovery Services Division is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to support our Divisions senior management team.As the Administrative Assistant II, you will: Schedule senior managers calendars Coordinate meetings including scheduling and set up of meeting room and preparation of agenda Suggest and implement more efficient ways to perform operational functions and troubleshoot problem areas Assist with managing housing data and information Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Track data, manage spreadsheets Assist senior managers with a variety of administrative projects Take accurate minutes of meetings Order supplies Serve as liaison with other ServiceNet departments; and Create a welcoming environment in our office for staff, visitors, and the participants in our programs.Qualifications: Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree and/or 3 years of relevant administrative support experience A valid drivers license and vehicle Self-motivated, professional presentation Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize Ability to communicate with skill and diplomacy Advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to become proficient with agency-specific programs and softwareThis is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
