Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
    • Organize job requisitions
    • Upload necessary documentation in client and candidate profiles
    • Upload new contacts and candidates
  • Manage files in SharePoint
  • Source for candidates on various platforms
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters,and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Social Media Management 
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills & time management skills
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
Education and Experience:
  • 2+ years’ Administrative experience
  • Staffing/Recruiting background preferred
