Human Resources Associate

ApTask New York, NY (On Site) Full-Time
**This assignment will start on-site**

The HR M&A specialist will be reporting to the HR Corporate Transactions Team, project supporting throughout all phrases of HR M&A activities such as Due Diligence, Planning, and Integration, and Post-Integration. Additionally, the position will be coordinating between multiple key stakeholders and communications. Other special projects support as needed.

" Provide general administrative support with a focus on managing and prioritizing calendars/schedules/project tracking M&A and scheduling meetings between multiple stakeholders
" Coordinate HR communications during M&A transactions e.g. newsletters, welcome communications, announcements
" Assist HR Corporate Transactions Team in collating minutes and actions, and properly disseminating them in a timely manner
" Assist in managing HR Due Diligence materials and checklist
" Effectively engage cross-functional teams (Finance, MIO, LCD, IT, and others) to identify and resolve key risks and issues
" Demonstrate discretion while navigating through sensitive materials
" Partner between HR Corporate Transactions Team and the various HR workstreams (e.g. Benefits, Compensation, HRBP, etc.) on various deliverable items
" Coordinate and assist in ensuring integration plans are delivered consistently while delivering a positive employee experience
" Organize and maintain HR M&A related documents that is efficient and consistent
" Support in problem solving on other M&A related issues as needed

" 2-3 years of general HR Knowledge with some project management experience; HR M&A experience would be a plus, but not necessary
" Excellent written and verbal communication
" Proficient in the major Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Power point & Teams)
" Exhibit resourcefulness or savviness in unique situations
" Demonstrate situational awareness and empathy with sensitive information and stakeholders
" Adept and able to prioritize with shifting demands
" Positive, extremely organized, and highly motivated
" Able to build relationships across multiple functions
