Job Description: End-to-End Labeling Project Manager
The End-to-End (E2E) Labeling Project Manager (PM) will support activities related to cross-functional labeling processes and governance within Janssen. Reporting to the Head of Global Labeling Implementation (GLI) within Global Regulatory Affairs, the E2E Labeling PM will work with cross-functional resources and the GLI Head to organize and execute project management and support activities related to the maintenance of a sustainable, efficient, and compliant global labeling process for Janssen and the identification, evaluation, and implementation of future improvement opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Manage agendas, presentation preparation, and meeting minutes for labeling governance and partnership meetings
• Maintain action log and help drive timely completion of actions
• Coordinate/publish monthly newsletter providing labeling metrics and project updates
• Maintain team mailbox, distribution lists, and SharePoint
• Maintain portfolio of labeling improvement projects and their status and liaise with GRA governance on labeling projects included in the higher level GRA portfolio
• Prepare portfolio presentations for cross functional stakeholders' review
• Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures and policies to ensure clear direction related to global labeling requirements and processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the end-to-end labeling process
• Contribute to the development of labeling procedures and tools as needed
• Other activities supporting labeling processes and deliverables as needed under direction of the GLI Head

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of labeling-related experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in or around labeling processes
• Project management experience – PMP a plus
• Knowledge of labeling development and/or implementation processes and systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail, able to identify missing information, and evaluate accuracy of presented information
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage complex tasks and manage time effectively
• Experience working with collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
• Power BI and Tableau awareness a plus
