Qualification/Responsibilities:

  • Preferred Long Term Care experience
  • Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls
  • Fill in for standard M-F receptionist as needed
  • Greet and directs visitors and vendors to the proper area by name when possible
  • Ensures work area, reception area, and the main entrance is kept neat and clean
  • Complete clerical work such as; typing, filing, sorting and distributing mail; as needed
  • Handles outgoing mail accurately, and timely

Shift & Wage:

  • Part-Time Opportunity Available
  • Shifts Needed: weekends
  • Wage: $14-$15 an hour
