Leasing Consultant

RMK Management Palatine, IL (On Site) Full-Time

Description: RMK Management is growing! Come work for a fun and family oriented company. Experience isn't necessary, we're just looking for people with great attitudes and fantastic customer service.As a Leasing Consultant, you will manage the leasing process for prospects assisting to ensure a smooth move to our beautiful community.



A few of your main duties:

Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community.Process applications and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests.Assist with resident relations, and other assignments as needed.



Requirements:

Required



Qualifications:

Illinois Leasing License preferred but we will work with right candidate to get licensed within 90 days of being hired.



High School education


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in leasing or other sales positions. One year of customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Yardi/CRM experiencePI200027781PDN-9817e795-5c0e-4a7e-ad7c-b00933964cb4
