HR Administrator/Recruiter

JobTracks, Inc. Houston, TX (On Site) Full-Time


Job Description:

Provide Human Resources support to the Director(s) of Human Resources and business unit(s) which may include recruiting, selection/ staffing, employment, personnel documentation, and other Human Resources Programs.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as point of contact for employee issues/concerns. Engage HR Business partner based on the level of the issues/concern.

  • Maintain data in our system.

  • Manage the time and attendance data system to include submitting files for payroll processing.

  • Set up and conduct new hire orientation for the human resources capability.

  • Maintain data analytics and reports to support HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Update and maintain employee communication sources for Human Resources.

  • Collaborate, partner, and interact effectively with the leveraged capabilities (recruiting, leave management, legal, etc.) in support of local initiatives.

  • Manage the employee employment record system.

  • Manage the HR SharePoint page.

  • Drive innovation and transformation in HR functions and processes.

  • HR projects as identified.

  • General HR administrative responsibilities as identified.



Resquirements:

  • Experience in human resources administration.

  • Experience with time and attendance computer systems (preferably Kronos).

  • Ability to work independently in a proficient manner.

  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Team, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

  • Experience managing confidential matters and documentation.
