Job Details:SUMMARY: This position is responsible for leading a team of Electrical Engineers in the completion of projects and/or support activities in Beef, Pork & PPI.

  • Budget, plan, coordinate, direct, and design project related team activities and/or provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the Electrical Engineering team.
  • Work with end users and support by: lead the planning, design, development, and deployment of electrical systems; provide management with accurate and timely project/team status reports; manage projects/team quality, timelines, scope, resources, and budgets; manage internal customer relations and expectations.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other applicable technical area. Equivalent work experience may be acceptable.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Engineering or related area with proven leadership and project management experience role.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced computer skills; extensive knowledge of relevant applications such as SKM Power Tools, AutoCAD, PLC implementation knowledge, and/or equipment; knowledge of current technology developments and trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Travel: Approximately 25%.
