We are hiring an Intake Specialist to gather customer information. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with potential clients through various channels.
- Add/modify information about potential clients.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and comments.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using computers.
