Understand business needs and transform use cases into products. You will act as an entrepreneur who oversees the vision, financial sustainability and product creation

Play a key role in driving the vision and product strategy insurance distribution solutions that is aimed at redefining the insurance experience for businesses and consumers

Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and other partner teams to craft and deliver best-in-class digital insurance experiences that make our business owners and end-users successful while advancing the platform

Manage the Data Product creation including strategic planning, prioritization, communication, stakeholder involvement, metrics, and reporting, and conveying business value

Conceptualize and build thoughtful digital insurance experiences that are grounded in a deep understanding of the industry, love for all things data, and a passion for delighting the customer

Partner closely with the business development team to understand business needs, jointly conceptualize creative solutions, and partner cross-functionally with other product owners, engineers, designers, partner management, marketing, legal, compliance, privacy, finance and other internal teams to quarterback end-to-end product delivery

Write business and technical product requirements for design and engineering teams; apply insights from qualitative customer and marketplace research and data analysis to continuously inform new feature prioritization and ongoing enhancements

Manage multiple and concurrent product deliverables in various phases of ideation, execution, and delivery. Own and manage prioritization of product backlog

Evangelize the product features and benefits to enable the sales and account management teams to speak to the value creation

You are:

Equipped with 6-8 years of product management and/or new product development experience in B2B, SMB, or consumer tech

Experienced in developing and driving alignment around a vision, setting goals, and initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance

Experienced and successful in owning a product feature end-to-end

Experienced in developing web/mobile apps, personalization capabilities, APIs, and platforms

An excellent verbal and written communicator; able to define a compelling narrative and crisply communicate it to a variety of audiences, including senior executives

Experienced in leading and facilitating collaborative solutions end-to-end, including designing, strategic planning and prioritizing, delivery, and feedback

Equipped with hands-on experience in agile product delivery and lean methodologies

It would be great if you also had:

Experience working with executives and/or senior management

Sharp business acumen, with a knack of business case building and financial planning

Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; able to efficiently and effectively translate business demands to technical requirements
