•*ob Summary / Purpose**
The System Program Manager of Inclusion & Belonging (PMIB) will serve as a highly skilled Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) leader who will create, develop, implement and manage horizontal and vertical initiatives that advance DIB within the ministry and in partnership with key stakeholders. (Mission, Human Resources, Communications, Brand, Culture Transformation, Advocacy, Clinical, Operations and more). This individual will partner with the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Community Impact (ODEICI) and key stakeholders to assess opportunities, create DIB strategies and plans, and support implementation and management through coaching, consulting and thought partnership.
This role will work independently with key stakeholders to identify and address client needs in a collaborative approach. This role will serve as a key diversity partner to ensure that DIB remains a priority and is closely linked to the CommonSpirit's overall mission strategy. Works with key partners within and outside of the team to deliver and bring these strategies to life.
The leader will bring humility and emotional intelligence as well as intellectual rigor, data and insights, strategically bold ideas, and effective communications. In addition, this individual will partner closely with CommonSpirit's ODEICI to build our enterprise capabilities, contribute to program innovation, and inspire and empower a talented team to deliver on the ministry's bold DIB and Health Equity blueprint for action, agenda, mission and commitments.
•*Essential Key Job Responsibilities**
+ Develops innovative programming and tactics to support strategies to advance the attraction, development, promotion, and retention of underrepresented people, including people of color and marginalized groups.
+ Develops and builds a framework for strategic internal and external partnerships to advance strategic blueprint in service to the CommonSpirit mission, vision and values.
+ Works closely across key functional areas across the ministry, including, but not limited to Mission, Human Resources, Communications, Brand, Culture Transformation, Advocacy, Clinical, Operations, etc.
+ Manages metrics for reporting and analyzing progress and accurately represent results.
+ Manages communications with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) / Affinity Groups including scheduling updates and reporting.
+ Oversees, and serves as primary relationship manager to ERGs. Develops and manages ERG governance protocols and annual ERG budget and performance processes. Supports the development and execution of ERG events, engaging the ODEICI or its Councils as appropriate. Ensures seamless onboarding and professional development for ERG leaders.
+ Develops and/or curates content for multicultural calendar and envisions year-over-year improvements to further integrate messaging and resources into the geographically dispersed ministry.
+ Supports ongoing learning experiences, training, etc as needed.
+ Manages successful implementation of ministry-wide programs such as symposiums, roadshows, and summits.
+ Prepares and presents reports for use within the footprint of the ODEICI as well as councils, and across the ministry as needed.
+ Advises, consults and influences in order to create demonstrable impact to advance CommonSpirit Health's strategy in service to our mission.
+ Provides analysis and recommendations to solve problems, weaving analysis into strategic thinking and planning.
A compensation range of $102,000 - $134,000 is the reasonable estimate that CommonSpirit Health in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit Health may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Required Education and Experience
Master's degree in related field (DIEB, Mission, MHA, etc.)
At least 5 years of experience in (at least 3 leading) a Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging leadership capacity.
At least 3 years' experience working within large, complex, fast-paced, matrixed organizations
At least 3 years in demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop and implement large scale programs across an expansive geographically dispersed organization
•*Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training**
+ Ability to work within and adhere to behaviors associated with a Catholic Healthcare System and the associated ERDs
+ In-depth knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging concepts and principles
+ Ability to relate DEIB across functional areas to drive connectivity for employee, patient, and community experience
+ Knowledge and experience related to Health Equity concepts and principles
+ Ability to lead training workshops and other learning experiences in both virtual and live scenarios
+ Strong skills in facilitation
+ Ability to set SMART goals and demonstrate results
