Title of Position: Director of Sales 

Job Description: The Director of Sales will oversee the sales team and supervise the day-to-day activities. The Director of Sales will develop annual budgeting and sales goals, and produce monthly reports and sales forecasts that accurately reflect current and potential business opportunities and marketing strategies. The Director of Sales will be an integral part of the leadership team by evaluating efficiencies in current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Director of Sales will work closely with the sales team to ensure all team members have the proper support to perform at their highest capabilities to ensure sales goals are met each year.

Qualifications: 

•      The Director of Sales must have luxury sales or restaurant/catering management experience of at least 5 years 

•      A passion for events and food and beverage is a must for the Director of Sales

•      A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Director of Sales 

•      The Director of Sales must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
