We are currently seeking a Structured Products Attorney for a leading financial institution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide deal support on structured finance and/or securitization transactions, including structuring and negotiating deal documentation for derivatives, asset-back securities, collateral loan obligations and/or repurchase agreements.
• Coordinate with internal business team leaders to provide timely and sound counsel on legal, risk, and regulatory matters.
• Maintain deal documentation for focus area and manage external counsel for effective execution of high-volume deal flow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in securitizations or structure products from a law firm perspective or large financial institution perspective.
• Hands on experience structuring and negotiating suite of documents associated with ABS, CLOs, Derivatives, RMBS, or CMBS.
• Experience partnering with internal business team leaders to ensure compliance while mainlining a high-volume of deal flow.
