Description
- The position is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting the organization. This position supports a 24x7 operation of a non-exempt, skilled trades workforce and requires a lot of personal interaction with employees. Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Employee Engagement, Unemployment Claims/Analysis, Site Closures/Layoff Letters, Social media postings, exit Interviews, Service Awards, Turnover Analysis, Website updates, Create the Newsletter, NRO/Closures Spreadsheet, Quarterly WOTC Analysis, Exit Interviews,
