Samsung Electronics America is seeking a qualified Senior Integrated Marketing Lead that will be responsible for driving a clear and consistent sustainability message and defining its value proposition across the business to various stakeholders, both internal and externalTranslate technology-focused content into a Sustainability communication plan with multi-layered tactics and messaging to drive consumer insights-based strategyLead Marketing teams to execute the strategy and vision and consolidate and create clear concise briefs to drive efficient work from internal and external partnersCreate Marketing Communication programs that accelerate the business value prop with appropriate audiences utilizing the identified storytelling platformUnderstand the marketing communication toolset and develops and execute integrated communication plans; Collaborate closely with communications teams to scope, design, and launch internal and external marketing campaigns related to sustainabilityCoordinate efforts with global marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and audiences.Create and execute a marketing strategy to increase awareness of Samsung’s sustainability, programs with the intent of driving brand preference; work closely with key business units to develop outreach to consumers that convey key sustainability attributes of productsWork closely with business unit sales and marketing leaders to integrate social impact messaging into product and brand marketing strategies and/or provide a toolkit for adoption by various lines of businessPartner with marketing and PR leaders to develop sales education, training, and collateral to further educate, inspire and build capability/confidence of the team to tell and sell on sustainability advantagesThis role requires an innovative mindset to help create a storytelling platform that resonates and excites audiences both internally and externally while communicating key sustainability attributes of Samsung products. The storytelling platform will manifest in a strategic roadmap and communication plan that elevates Samsung’s Sustainability position both internally and externally, fully leveraging Samsung’s communication ecosystem with clearly defined KPIs and targets. @ Samsung - Compensation for this role is expected to be between $153,500 and $168,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
