Senior Director of Restaurants - $160K base - $250K (Total income)

Washington, DC (Onsite) Full-Time

We are seeking a Director Of Restaurants - $160K Base Salary+ to join our team! You will be responsible for providing high-level leadership to 7-8 senior General Managers/Directors and 60+ indirect reports (Managers/chefs/supervisors)

High volume/full-service

Requires premium casual segment Director level experience.

Local market in Virginia and DC

  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary/ops activities
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields
