Hours and Benefits for the Architectural Designer:
- Full time, direct-hire position
- Salary starting at $50k - $60k
- Competitive benefits including health insurance and PTO
Responsibilities for the Architectural Designer:
- Working with design staff to produce architectural drawings/renderings including plans, sections, and elevations
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Designing a variety of structures and maintain a full knowledge of construction drawings
- Follow proper procedures for coordination of changes across multiple views and disciplines
- Collaborating with teammates to design elements of secured, functional and cost-effective construction projects.
- Correspond with clients with regular updates on existing projects, recommendations and modifications
Requirements for the Architectural Designer:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field with 1+ year of experience
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally with internal/external teams.
