C&I PV Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers through the entire sales process to offer customized C&I solutions for large commercial and industrial customers.
  • Increase sales pipeline and market share through generation of component sales to across USA.
  • Develop key accounts to maintain repeat business and maximize sales.
  • Develop new accounts for the business and manage long-term relationship.
  • Work closely with internal departments to manage all commercial, technical and financial aspects of the sales and of key accounts.
  • Manage general relationship and satisfaction of clients.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and conferences.
  • Build brand awareness and brand image throughout the mentioned markets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies and external regulation.
  • Work directly with customers through the entire sales process to offer customized C&I solutions for large commercial and industrial customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, sales working experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in energy project development, with a strong preference for distributed/C&I solar
  • Experience with technical sales. Existing network in responsible region with solar wholesalers.
  • Experience during the installation of C&I projects, ideally (1-7MW) is desirable but not a must.
  • Experience in the technical aspects of the Commercial/Industrial PV industry or similar field.
  • Proven effective communication, customer service mindset, analytical thinking, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Happy to travel frequently
