NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Customer Success Manager join our client’s team in Florida. This is a direct hire position. Candidate must be in the Orlando, FL area.SALARY: $65-80k (based on experience)Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • 3 years minimum experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Technical Account Manager
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills, required
  • MS Excel Certification, strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own customer journey (Onboarding, system training, primary point of contact, host/lead weekly meetings, etc..)
  • Analyze and present customer data and KPIs
  • Monitor and report customer health (Satisfaction, renewals, revenue growth, etc...)
  • Focus on driving customer engagement to positively impact customer retention, revenue growth, and advocacy.
  • Develop and implement internal action items to enhance customer satisfaction, growth and retainment
  • Partner with Engineering Management, Quality Control Management, Customer Support Management, and Sales Management to drive successful outcomes and enhancements for customers
  • Proactively monitor and identify usage trends in order to uncover opportunities, renewal risks, while supporting greater adoption rates.
  • Work both collaboratively and independently within a team setting
  • Champion and advocate for customer requirements (be their voice)
