Do you enjoy working with animals and pet owners in a fast paced environment? Do you thrive on providing outstanding customer service in a teamwork environment? We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to work at our busy 7-day-a-week hospital. We are conveniently located in West LA next to Santa Monica.We are offering an amazing opportunity for flexible, friendly, detail-oriented, customer service savvy individuals that are seeking a growing environment. They will be working with fun, outgoing, and experienced staff and veterinarians.Highlights and requirements of the position include:

  • Greet clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner.
  • Professionally answer phones and assist callers.
  • Accurately create and update medical records.
  • Process hospital admissions and discharges including invoices and payments.
  • Work collaboratively with hospital team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and provide compassionate service and care.
  • Must have exquisite listening, critical-thinking, problem-solving, time-management, computer, and decision-making skills.
