    What you will do in this role:
    • Accountable for the assessment and development of the medical plan of care for air and ground high risk neonates in collaboration with the attending physicians
    • Assists the Clinical management team in development, implementation and enforcement of new and existing standards.
    • Show the ability to assess and reassess critical patients in an emergency setting
    • Participates in internal and external outreach programs with the purpose of continually improving the quality of neonatal transport team processes and servicesQualifications What qualification you will need:
      • Current Texas RN License
      • National Nurse Practitioner Certification
      • Registered to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas
      • AAP Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate
      • STABLE certification
      • NCC Neonatal Practitioner
      • 3 years of experience as an advanced practice nurse in high acuity NICU preferred
      • Prescriptive authority privileges through the Texas
      • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
