MCS is Client's award-winning, best-in-class in-house agency. We are a full-service agency producing print, digital, augmented/virtual reality, and video assets and employee communications. Our organization is constantly evolving and is looking for a savvy, client-friendly Group Account Supervisor to work with our clients and creatives. We support projects across all divisions, and this role will serve as Group Account lead for Animal Heath and Internal accounts, Learning and Development and IT. The Group Account Supervisor supports client marketing, project strategy, project budgets, and up-selling new products and services to existing clients. They will present capabilities to prospective clients along with the Director and other senior team members. They will work with their teams to build client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through high levels of performance achievement. Success in this role will be defined by delivery of high-quality creative output, building strategic client relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance existing business offerings, working closely with our creative teams, and driving new business opportunities in Learning and Development and Animal Health. Skills: " Exhibits ability to gain deep knowledge in specific channels or vertical markets as required by specific client's business unit and larger organization's industry " Writes and speaks effectively and clearly articulates the team's solutions in terms of the client's business goals " Listens well and incorporates other viewpoints into project management process " Ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively " Adept at crisis management, resourceful, and solution-oriented " Demonstrates thorough understanding of the creative process " Demonstrates expertise in budget management " Ability to work autonomously and effectively " Demonstrates expertise in applicable applications and tools such as Microsoft Office and project management software " Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities " Creates and maintains positive work environment while leading the creative teams to meet client business goals " Commitment to adhere to all policies, procedures and team objectives including customer service, operational excellence, teamwork, continuous process improvement, leading by example and exceptional character Experience: " BA/SS " 10+ years ad agency or in-house agency experience " 5+ years pharma or healthcare experience " 5+ years account management related experience " In-depth knowledge of pharma and marketing communications strategies This role is hybrid - In person 2 days a week. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Client Management " Leads client accounts and divisions with overall responsibility for the client/agency relationship " Develops and maintains a "trusted advisor relationship with clients and contacts from aligned divisions serving as their main point of contact and liaison to the studio " Identifies, develops, and converts new business opportunities with existing and future clients " Serves as initial point of contact for new client contacts and recommends and advises clients on options and capabilities utilizing marketing best practices " Maintains the "big picture for projects and client requirements ensuring that related deliverables are treated appropriately " Understand clients' products, audiences and business objectives and ensures they are applied to client products; collaborates with Studio Team to ensure product delivers on client promises " Lead annual planning with all aligned businesses " Sets expectations with clients, e.g., when and what they will see next as part of the creative process, budget and solution response expectations, and follow-up process and metrics expectations Project Management " Evaluates creative brief content for completeness and actionable content that will enable the creative team to create on-target deliverables for the client " For Tier A & B projects may assist in strategic development, write thorough and actionable project and/or creative briefs monitors progress, review client contact reports, and track major milestones " Serves as the voice within the creative studio for the client and facilitates client interaction with the designers and writers as appropriate. Ensures that the creative team understands client requirements and perspective and that the final output aligns as appropriate " Attends intake, client reviews, and other client meetings as needed. Helps client understand the importance of the brand and marketing objectives " Handles day to day escalations for all aligned accounts and projects Leadership " Inspires and motivates aligned account supervisors, project managers and creative teams to over-deliver against expectations, resulting in high employee engagement and overall client satisfaction " Acts as Brand Steward: reviews deliverables for quality, consistency, accuracy, and advancement of the visual and verbal brand in design reviews, and ensures that consistent image/message is conveyed across the client's products New Business Development " Develops new business relationships within Animal Health and L&D " Collaborates with Creative and Strategic team members to identify opportunities " Supports organic growth of existing client project work and up-selling appropriate opportunities " Will assist the Director or may independently develop and present capabilities, marketing, and tactical plans.
