The Supply Chain Manager assigns a replacement during sick/personal leave as necessary.

Position’s ObjectiveThe jobholder performs his/her duties in compliance with the safety law and by observing modern, theoretical and practical insights and aids and the principle of profitability.

Ensure that the material flow is coordinated according to the production plan. Ensure that the material flow enables the deadline to be met and that the material flow takes place in a cost-efficient manner. Ensure that the finished products are stored and loaded in the best possible manner.

Job ResponsibilitiesReceiving orders by fax, e-mail, mail and EDI. Entering orders into the system, checking them and ensuring their accuracy in the system. Processing orders. Communication with the customer - clarifying inaccurate data, solving problems with deliveries, providing necessary information, e.g. on prices, delivery conditions, delivery dates and others. Communication with the customer during the start of new projects and changes in the series; minimization of the balance of stocks from projects and changes. Resolution of non-shipped goods ordered from the customer. Direct communication with production planning; solution of deviations. Generating delivery notes, their checks leading to the correctness of invoice. Resolving disputes with the customer; informs superiors about problems. Creating credit notes in case of price difference and others; processes subsequent partial invoicing of parts. Checking the existence of the price in the invoice; works on releasing invoices. Management of overdue receivables and cooperation on their minimization. Escalation of unresolved issues to his/her supervisor. Close cooperation with the department of production planning, logistics, accounting department, quality assurance department and other departments as needed. Close cooperation with the parent company in solving problems with customers, in new starts, changes and deviations. Improving and optimizing set processes. Evaluating and preparing analyses and reports to his/her superior.

In addition to the above outlined duties, the jobholder agrees to perform individual duties within the department at the direction of the Managing Director.

The Jobholder Is Authorized ToSpecial Authorities:use a company car for business trips. incur expenses within the existing guidelines.

RequirementsPass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and any random or for-cause drug screen. Possess a High School Diploma or certified equivalent. Prior automotive manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work efficiently within a team or independently on a regular basis. Focus on safety, quality, and productivity – in that order. Detailed and precise approach to work. An ability to look for improvements in processes. Strong leadership and technical ability. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Self-motivation; ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Competency as evidenced by post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience.
