Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
  • Utilize logistics system (ERP) to optimize procedures from import products from South Korea to delivery to customers
  • Supervise orders and arrange stock of products
  • Communicate with supplier (HQ in Korea), customers, 3rd party warehouse partner in the US to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Supporting accounting assessments and co-work with CPA

Skills

  • Proven experience as logistics coordinator (at least 1 year)
  • Experience in customer service (at least 1 year)
  • working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) or open-minded to study
  • Microsoft Excel

Preferred

  • Bilingual is preferred (English and Korean)
  • Excellence in logistics software (ERP) or open-minded to study
  • Microsoft Excel
