Laser-focused on the areas where “we can do better,” the Customer Experience Senior Project Manager will work collaboratively and partner with the Global Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Marketing and Product teams to achieve success with strategic initiatives and create a closed loop of accountability to the customer.WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLEFocus on running existing Strategic Initiatives or Projects which will results in improvements to Customer Experience and create the best -in-class Customer ExperienceRun the initiatives internally at FF that are driven out of the feedback from customers during NPS and other transactional CSAT surveys Close the loop on “Accountability to the Customer” to validate successes - specifically Customer Operations related transactional surveys but also to include the NPS initiatives tracking. Serve as the Customer Operations project lead for strategic initiatives and programs that are led by other parts of the organizationWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLEProject or Program Management experience or certifications.Proven & effective people management experience with the ability to mentor while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and acting as an interface for projects with both customers and internal stakeholders supporting project lifecycles. Experience in software/ ERP / PSA implementation projects end to end of varying size and scope with demonstrated experience and knowledge across all phases of the software implementation lifecycle, project methodologies and best practice (including the cloud delivery model)Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to motivate & influence seasoned team members for accountability ensuring excellent deliverables.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.The ability to positively embrace change and new challenges.Sufficient knowledge of a broad set of Finance, Accounting, and Professional Services processes to understand, direct, and communicate the issues between customers, Sales, Pre-sales, Development and Product Management, and Customer Success is required.Proven results leading customer and / or partner success stories.Good team player that can work effectively with peers across functions.Excellent analytical skills and high aptitude with ability to learn quickly.Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Experience leading the implementation of enterprise-class, mission-critical applications.Experience with SFDC is highly desirable.Familiarity with the capabilities of modern analytics reporting tools is desirable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically in the area of technical writing and functional specification documentation.At least 5 years working closely with service delivery partners at a delivery level (as opposed to co-marketing, selling etc.)At least 10 years of experience in project or program management in enterprise software companiesAt least 5 years of experience in Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DBaaS, DTaaS, DRaaS) environments working with customers and driving customer satisfactionBachelor's degree is required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
