Join Us!You:We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager (based in the East Coast) who is obsessed with operational improvement and analytics. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will partner with functional leads, mainly Sales, Pre-Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Legal, to ensure that all North America Region deals are executed with velocity and accuracy while the sales process standards are being followed. In addition, you will analyze and act on the metrics to guarantee process efficiency and general improvement on all deal-related metrics. You will also communicate relevant information and feedback to other teams, such as Product and Marketing. You are an excellent project manager with a sales-driven mindset, critical and analytical thinking, and a good understanding of delivering technical deals. As a result, you earn a high level of respect and trust at all levels of the organization, with good judgment to make decisions and work well under pressure.



Your Day to Day:

Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency in all dealsEngage with all relevant stakeholders to accelerate deal velocityCollaborate with involved parties to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closureRespond to, manage, and facilitate exception approval requests, including special pricing, legal terms, or deal structures in a timely and efficient manner from receipt to resolutionProvide input, guidance and approvals on deal structure; support sales in evaluating deals and ensuring adherence to revenue recognition policiesDrive approvals from internal, cross-functional stakeholders for non-standard terms and conditionsPartner with the finance team for the deal pricing, both for process efficiency as standards definitionPartner with the legal team on the contracts, both for process efficiency as standards definitionSupport training and enablement to the sales teams to improve efficiency, reduce sales cycle times and drive higher sales productivity, including continuous training on quoting and closing dealsYou Have & You Know-how: 6

  • years of experience, with at least 2
  • years of management experience2
  • years of proven success in Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry, Deal Desk, Bid team, Finance, Sales Operations or Pricing experienceData analysis and financial modeling experience, with a good knowledge of financial metrics, including pricing components of SaaS dealsStrong understanding of deal process principlesCustomer-focused, organized, innovative and with strong attention to detailsExcellent communicator, self-aware and open to feedbackStrong business acumen, strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and proven project management skillsGreat ability to multitask and prioritizeStrong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, well as with CPQ tool or similarGreat interpersonal skills and credibilityExperience in a high-growth tech SaaS company is an important plusBachelor’s degree, preferably in a highly quantitative discipline, MBA a plus#LI-Remote #LI-JP1Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager.
