Due to explosive growth on the team, we are looking for someone with a current, active Georgia real estate license who likes pursuing opportunities. If you are hungry, humble, and smart, one of these roles may be for you. The sky's the limit!  Multiple positions available including inside sales, buyer's agent, listing agents and showing partners. Lead generation and lead follow-up activities required, Working with buyers and sellers, showing properties, contract negotiations, and following through to the closing. This is not a solo job but rather a member of a well-oiled machine • Track record of sales to back up your qualifications • Coachable attitude to continually learn • Self-starter individual because we don't micro-manage on this team! • Positive-minded, even when the going gets tough • Great follow-up skills to be available when the buyer or seller is ready • Goal setting and accountability required! • Detailed tracking of activities • May do some outside sales such as an open house on current listing, client party to invite the friends and families and possibly collect more leads • Numbers tracking for accuracy • Follow through on leads that are not quite ready to see homes Qualifications: • Must have a valid, active Georgia Real Estate License • Great phone voice, well-spoken • 1-3 years experience in real estate or sales with a proven track record • Georgia real estate broker license required • HS graduate accepted if exceptional, college preferred • Ability to work from home successfully within a home office • Great follow-up skills, will train if an exceptional candidate • Experience in the real estate field with a proven track record • Someone who is hungry, humble, and smart • Someone who likes to have fun but knows how to work smart • Ability to discern good leads from some not-so-good leads • Positive minded even when challenged • 5+ years experience working in sales • A desire to help all levels of clients no matter the purchase price • Ability to provide a list of leads with updates weekly to the Director of Operations • Ability to provide follow-up leads to the Director of Operations • Someone who is highly coachable • Internalize scrips so they are natural sounding About Company: The Wolf Team is a top-producing real estate team in the Northwest Atlanta area.
