SUMMARY:

The LEAD PRODUCT OWNER is the solution champion that is accountable for maximizing the value delivered through your partnered development team. You own the details of the business value delivered at the team level. You translate business requirements into product requirements to ensure that the product delivers on user needs.

You will be a member of the Business Systems program within the Product / Program Management Function. This team brings to life various back-office solutions that drive our understanding of 84.51's businesses units and employees. Key focus areas include Accounting / Finance, Sales & Operations, Employee Systems, and a business data warehouse. You will lead the direction of our team focused on solutions in the business data warehouse space. You will directly interface with leaders in that business area to fulfill responsibilities called out below. You will be paired with Engineering and Agile Delivery leads that will help build and bring capabilities to life through a combination of employees, contractors, and preferred vendors. You will partner with members of other solution areas to maximize the value delivered by the entire Business Systems team. You will be empowered to lead in your area and partner with other 84.51 associates to maximize value and success.
