Position Summary
Working with campaign strategists and field marketing leaders, the Sr. Manager Marketing Programs and Operations supports global and regional marketing program planning and execution for a fast-growing and dynamic area.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated critical thinker, with experience working efficiently in cross-functional organizations. They are creative and digitally astute, have expertise overseeing all aspects of digital campaign execution - including measurement and analytics, benchmarks and emerging best practices -, are concise and thoughtful in their communications, and have great attention to detail.
Beyond the role: We enable our team members to learn and gain deeper insights into any particular marketing area of interest such as analytics, brand and creative, social or communications, by actively connecting them with projects in those areas. Our senior leaders are also actively engaged to mentor and coach where needed.
Overall requirements:
  • Strong experience in project managing global marketing programs and campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders within the business, Global Marketing and vendor teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and optimization strategies
  • Excellent communications, planning and execution skills, able to bring the project to life with rigor and agility
  • Consultative approach to stakeholder management, ability to build rapport and trust among key leadership
  • Strong focus on analytics and maximizing return on investment for all marketing activities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with global campaign and program strategist(s) to develop workplans; build and execute beginning-to-end scope, processes, workstreams, project plans and timelines that track, align and manage messaging, content creation, brand & creative, global campaign and other stakeholder tasks
  • Help gather and interpret metrics across multiple channels; recommend changes to increase program effectiveness (reach, engagement, response, etc.) and alignment with Sales activities
  • Organize and lead recurring and ad-hoc meetings to communicate project status, highlight dependencies, manage expectations, generate cross-functional alignment and keep projects on track
  • Stay current with emerging trends in the digital marketing space; research and evaluate vendors in Client areas, introduce fresh approaches to attain program goals
  • Track additional key cross-functional Digital Marketing Operations projects such as website refreshes, internal and external communications related to strategic announcements, and global solution launches
  • Support yearly planning, manage budget and help onboard vendors as needed
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Minimum qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of relevant global campaign operations, project management and B2B marketing experience in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong foundation in leading end-to-end project workflows to ensure on-time, high-quality end deliverables
  • Track record of balancing multiple, concurrent projects in a fast paced environment
  • Solid organizational, prioritization, time-management and decision-making capabilities
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Advanced experience with including Pardot, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with 6Sense and Workfront desirable
  • Four-year undergraduate degree
  • An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree
