Responsibilities: Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Follow up with customers and prospects in timeframes that exceed their expectations • Learn from other agents and develop a successful and long-term career • Qualify and track all incoming leads through our dedicated CRM • Offer top-notch service to our clients by being readily available to advise and represent them • Prospect for people who have an interest in purchasing or selling property • Pre-qualify leads and discern appropriate follow-up • Advise prospects on market conditions, available inventory, and best negotiating practices • Maintain communication and relationships with past clients and sphere of influence • Network and engage in the community to be of service as well as to locate new connections • Embrace and consistently use the team’s technology to document all client activity and interaction Qualifications: Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Must have or be willing to invest in and obtain a KY real estate license • Familiarity with the area real estate market • Ability to spend a large amount of time traveling by car • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal • Thrives in a true team environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Creates good rapport and works continually to develop a strong network • Tech proficient – using a client relationship management system is a must! • Fast learner, detail-oriented, self-directed, and innovative • Strong oral and written communication and customer service skills • Thrive in a fast-paced/constantly changing environment, be able to prioritize, work well under pressure • Be self-motivated and able to work independently About Company: The Parker Real Estate Company/ HUFF Realty is a Consumer First Real Estate Team, we believe in taking care of clients!
