We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Convert Buyers and Sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our Benefits Presentation  • Complete VIP Buyer/Listing using CTME and submit to your assigned Admin person • Show Buyer properties/communicate with Sellers weekly • Submit offers weighted in Buyer’s favor and negotiate/submit offers to Sellers and negotiate best price and terms • Negotiate home inspections/due diligence issues • Review CD with buyer/seller client • Attend closing • Get referrals, testimonials, and 5 Star Reviews!No grunt prospecting – everRepeat!  Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent • Must have a relevant driver’s license and dependable transportation • In good standing with DORA • Passionate about Real Estate  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Knowing how to use ReColorado MLS is a Plus! • Knowing how to write a contract for buyer or seller is preferred About Company: Bill Watson, CEO has been selling Real Estate in the Denver Metro Market for over 36 years.
