Real Estate Buyer Sales Agent

We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Applicants should be experienced, driven sales professionals who want to take the next step in their career. Apply now! Responsibilities: Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM • Guide 40 to 100 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year. (The more you put in, the more you get out!) • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents • Effectively communicate with management and team • Able to handle, track, and close several team leads per month • Join the company’s culture of synergy by participating in huddles, team meetings, and outings to build a sense of camaraderie with other agents as well as networking opportunities • Communicate with team members and office admin to help ensure the best customer experience possible • Follow up and follow through from contract to closing Qualifications: Show a track record of real estate success Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Current Colorado Real Estate License • Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career • Display a people-orientated, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show good organizational and time management skills • Good communication skills About Company: The Simple Life Colorado is a top-producing real estate team in COLORADO from the mountains, to the city, and everything in between.
