Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality
Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
• Recruit licensed agents via cold calling, emailing, and other forms of communication.
Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
Great at time management and organization
