We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Qualifications: Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Has superb interpersonal and communication skills At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must be tech-savvy, experience with Mojo is preferred About Company: Team Francesco, with Christie's International Real Estate, is comprised of highly productive local real estate professionals who are committed to selling some of the most desired homes in northern New Jersey. With over 20 years in the business we rank among the top 1% of Realtors in the US specializing in luxury and new homes sales and commercial sales and leasing.
