Restorative Aide Responsibilities:

  • As a restorative aide you will provide input into the development of restorative care programs.
  • You will participate in care plan conferences.
  • You will assist with nursing restorative interventions.
  • You will help residents in maintaining, improving, and/or regaining their functional independence.


Restorative Aide Qualifications:

  • Valid deemed nurse aide certification in the State of Illinois.
  • No abuse records.
  • Completion of restorative course within one year or knowledge of restorative aide functions.
  • One year work in related field preferred.
