Workforce Management Analyst

A nursing home group is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to join our team.

 

Workforce Management Analyst Job description:


•         Analyze and develop creative solutions to address payroll costs, labor hours and related expense variances


•         Clearly present analysis to management to better make informed and timely decisions


•         Work closely with Staffing Coordinators and HRs to assist and support in facility staffing needs and ensure protocols are being followed


•         Ensure facilities are staffing, recruiting, and hiring effectively

 

Workforce Management Analyst Qualifications:


•         Ambitious and a natural leader


•         Enjoy working with numbers and analyzing them


•         Great communicator and ability to be gentle yet assertive and convincing


•         Previous experience working with excel preferred


•         No experience in Workforce Management necessary
