Waterville Residential -

Not all individuals need the benefits employers have to offer, Waterville now offers a Non-Benefit rate for those who may not need health insurance, PTO, etc.  A dietary aide who agrees to work at least 22.5 hours per week and opts in the pay in lieu of benefits program is eligible to recevie the following rates based on experience:

0-4 years 5+years $16.38 $17.55

 

In addition, all diet aides are eligible to receive shift differentials:

 

WEEKEND DAY    $2.50 WEEKEND EVE/NIGHT   $3.50 WEEKDAY EVE/NIGHT   $3.00

 

Dietary Aide

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Portioning and serving of food items
  • Delivering of trays and carts to resident floors
  • Cleaning of dining rooms
  • Working on the tray line
  • Working in the dish room and pot sink
  • Sweeping and mopping
  • Disposal of trash and recyclables

Requirements

  • Ability to perform job responsibilities
  • Ability to speak English adequately to perform job
