Job Description

Supporting our company team with administrative needs; providing confidential administrative support in a high-profile environment.     Answering/routing telephone calls; answering viewers inquiries; maintaining calendars; prioritizing and scheduling meeting requests; organizing logistics and preparing materials for station meetings; preparing and maintaining monthly and quarterly reports; coordinating shipping and receiving; making travel arrangements; ordering supplies and promotional materials; processing and maintaining records and invoices; preparing related expense reports and reimbursements; identifying cost-effective solutions; planning and coordinating catered meals; maintaining databases and spreadsheets; analyzing data and designing/generating associated reports; establishing and organizing filing systems and performing related responsibilities as required.











Job Requirements

•One year of experience as an administrative assistant or Bachelor’s degree preferred


•Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills


•Ability to multi-task and work within the parameters of strict deadlines


•Exceptional communication and customer service skills


•Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills


•Strong technical proficiency is required, including expert knowledge of Microsoft Office; i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Photoshop


•Must possess skills to become proficient in software applications, databases and systems used by the company
