Job Description

An international bank midtown seeks a bilingual English/Hebrew Client Services Associate.

Duties: Provide banking/investment service support to clients. When needed, assist the team's marketing/cross-selling of the Bank's products/services to prospects and clients. Serve as key member of team to provide exceptional customer service to clients, focused on account and operations matters, plus internal support to all of the account officers on the team dealing with all phases of account management  and account openings.
Interface with personnel though the  Bank for matters related to account activity, investment opportunities, compliance and all customer relations maters. Ensure the successful resolution of matters presented by customers and account officers.   

Job Requirements


Required:  College degree, plus fluent in English and Hebrew, in reading, written and spoken.  Have strong communication skills, including able to market products. Detail oriented, highly organized and accurate. Able to work with and keep information confidential. Project confidence and professionalism with customers. Have strong Microsoft Office skills. Possess related educational/business or banking experience.
