In this role you will impact the lives of those you serve!  As a member of the Aspire Lifestyles team, you will fulfill the Concierge requests of premium Card Members, serving as a Customer Care Professional to enhance the brand in those interactions.  If you have a passion for fine dining, travel and entertainment and aspire towards a luxurious lifestyle, this job is perfect for you!

Whether you are finding dining reservations in Paris, or tickets to the sold-out show in New York City, the requests are always unique and interesting. As a customer care professional, you will work in our call center, servicing a high volume of customer inquiries through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, email, etc.)

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver "white glove" Concierge services, assisting with tasks including placing dining reservations and suggestions, flower orders, ticket inquiries, assistance while traveling and more.
  • Provide meaningful and relevant insight to customers regarding the services that their Concierge can provide for them.
  • Recommend tailored solutions to the customer to drive brand loyalty
  • Identify opportunities to proactively meet member needs to deliver customized recommendations and services, focusing on value-added solutions
  • Utilize a variety of resources including search engines, websites, and internal resources to research customer requests with the goal of delivering meaningful and valuable solutions
  • Utilize multiple complex systems to accurately document and research customer information
  • Maintain acceptable performance standards including effectiveness, efficiency, and quality
  • Work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
  • No sales required

Job Specific Competencies:

  • High school diploma is required
  • Superior customer service and communications skills are a must, with a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Experience in a "white glove" or luxury industry is an asset. Prior experience in the Hospitality, Travel, or Entertainment industries preferred
  • Must be internet savvy and proficient at navigating multiple systems at one time
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working in a home based or virtual environment preferred. Previous experience in an on-line learning environment a plus.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Resourceful and strong ability to problem solve independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members using web-based tools, ie, chat and email
  • Previous contact center experience preferred.
  • Hospitality industry experience or previous international travel experience preferred.
  • Strong technical computer and internet skills required. Able to learn and adapt quickly in a technical, remote/online environment and be able to set up Aspire computer and telephony equipment.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle various software and technology platforms at once

Training:

  • You must be able to commit to 5 weeks of training
  • Training will be Monday – Friday
  • Attendance for training must be 100%
