Seeking experienced Office Receptionists, Administrative Assistants, Customer Service Representatives, and Telemarketing Representatives.
Experience with telephone skills, some positions require light bookkeeping, A/P and A/R experience and collections. Quickbooks and Peachtree exposure a plus. These are great positions in small businesses with friendly work environments.
Responsibilities for various opportunities include:
Basic administrative duties like telephones, filing etc. Working with client transactions General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Cash, Credit card reconciliation etc. Telemarketing (not cold calling) interested parties to schedule appointments Some client interaction will be required as well.
Pay and Hours:
Pay is $13 - $16 and up depending on role selected for and your work history and experience. Hours are Monday - Friday - no weekends. 8:00 or 9:00 to 5.
