Sales Representative | Hands-on Training
Sales Representative – 100% Training Provided
We are searching for friendly, customer service-oriented team members who are self-motivated to represent our top clients. This position will be eligible for advancement and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage with targeted customers in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, availability
• Utilize sales skills and excellent customer service to drive store sales
• Represent and promote our brands in pop-up store
• Maintain solid product knowledge of the entire product line and answer any questions customers may have
• Understand and drive key performance indicators such as sales and ad-on services and up-selling
Requirements:
• Customer/Client Focus
• Organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communicator
• Tech savvy to learn CRM software and handle tablets
• 1+ years’ experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory
• Positive, professional attitude
• Strong sense of accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Must be at least 18 years of age
